Group Therapy

Groups offer a supportive community for those who share similar struggles and may feel isolated in a particular experience.

Groups offer support from others who can can relate to you on a particular level. They also provide opportunities to practice new ways of interacting with others that will help you deepen all relationships in your life. Many of my groups have developed into beautiful long-standing communities that have continued to grow over several years.

The initial consultation for group psychotherapy is a 45-minute evaluation with me focused around the topic of the particular group(s) you are interested in joining. You will have an opportunity to discuss your interest in the group and learn more about the details.

Please note, the groups offered in my practice are constantly changing as I regularly develop groups based on the evolving needs of my clientele. Please check this page to stay up-to-date on what is being offered.
